If you like to hear Tibetans express their opinions so much, ask the CCP to allow all of them to express their opinions. Allow them to stage peaceful demonstrations, and form political parties to influence how they are governed. Allow them to show Tibetan flags and own pictures of the DL (or anyone else they admire).
Most importantly, allow them to vote on something: perhaps on who should negotiate on their behalf with Beijing, or let them elect representatives to a regional assembly, or something. People in other autonomous regions around the world (Quebec, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Catalonia, the Basque country, etc) have these rights. Why not in Tibet? Are you afraid of what the majority might say if they were all allowed to speak freely?
