better title page title, main, page, design

Uups ... I wanted to start a debate, sorry I also opend up a thread ...<br><br>This forum should be better promoted on the title page with a big icon or something ... the makeup of the title page is in my opinion far from ideal:<br><br>It is a little too populistic in my opinion. I think with its makeup it makes many Chinese feel offended and feeling offended leads to anger and anger leads to violence and violence (even in words only) makes other people feel offended and the circle starts again ... and even though it is probably intended to be watched by Westerners, I am pretty sure that 99% of the visitors are Chinese. So in terms of starting a productive dialog, this webpage is not very helpful to say at least ...<br><br>And for Westerners who watch it: I see no possibility to comment on anything on the title page. It seems to want to promote its own opinion rather than letting other people share their own opinions as well ... I overlooked the link to the forum first as well ... with the focus on video the text links are easily skipped ...<br><br>And not judging the content in any way, I think that most Westerners will not like the page purely because of its makeup. It will probably not help many Westerners to see the Chinese point of view. It will mostly give them the feeling of being accused. And the first reaction when being accused is self defense and this again is not helpful for a dialog in any way ...<br><br>So in terms of tearing down fences and building bridges in between our cultures I hope for a lot of comments and maybe someone can even help translating my ideas into Chinese. I do not dare to do it myself with my current Chinese level, as I consider this a little to sensitive a topic to be ruined by my bad Chinese ;-)<br><br>Please give your opinion!<br><br>Sebastian<br>
