it is funny to read, how people who have no connection to free media, who can only use censored internet, who live in a dictatorship try to analyze free media in the world. Do you really believe in this stupid messages you write here.
The chinese government indoctrinates you with these kind of information they want to let you know. And you loook like unbelieving chidren in the christmas eve when you see the real truth. It reminds me of the germans after the second world war, They also don?t believe what they get called about holocaust and there government.

Some facts for all of you, who are still able of thinkingfor yourself:

1- Chinese policemen and soldiers killed demonstrators since the communist regime is in force (students at the place of heavenly peace in Bejing, people on the streets in Lhasa, ond on many other cities)

2- People who say theire oppinion were cought and send to prison without a legal judgecall.

3- Political enemies were tortured to death every day

4- Minorities have no rights in this country, Tibetians, Uyghurs are only examples.

5- The normal population of China is suppressed by the leading few. They have to leave their area for stupid and non functionable megaprojects like the three gorges dam. The great cultural achievments of the chinese people in the last 5000 years is put to the ground of a nonsense and killing reservoir.

And you still dispute about the lies in the foreign press.

Wake up and dispute and demonstrate agains the censored and liyng press and government in China.

For all the Chinese who has been exposed to western "free media" every day, this post is  typical of someone who had been "processed" (I don't want to use the word BW, since it is supposed to be a taboo) by the western "free media".

I agree that there's plenty of mistaken views of China, but that doesn't give you the right to be rude. Just point out the parts where you disagree with him. That goes for you too, gonzo. Being too aggresive only makes people angry.

it is funny to read who calls me processed, Massbrainwashing and supression of own will and own thoughts is fulfilled of chinese political troops every day and day, Kids were tought to spy on their parents, little chids were drilled to function like robots.
The chinese wouldn?t exist anymore, all the cultural achievments were made by free thinking. Since the communist dictators are in charge, the only achievment ist to steal foreign ideas and copy them (product piracy) and million ideas to suppress their own people.
So it is funny, that you can always read something about brainwashing from people who don?t have the choice to build their own thinking.

I have friends from China, who certainly don't seem 'brainwashed', and who I believe think more and have more sense than a bunch of my other American classmates in high school. They also respect their parents and love them and don't spy on their parents.
I am Chinese and I support China, but I was born and raised in America, so you can't tell me I'm brainwashed.

Which age are you from, gonzo? The Cold War is over, by the way. If you want to be "cold", get in a freezer! If you aren't just spewing ignorant accusations, please provide some evidence of your claims.

What I had read shows me a quite funny man who himself seems to be brianwashing though he or she is connected to the so called" free media", a lovely boy or girl who fully belived in his or her own "free" meida and press althoug they began to slander and insult my country long before you were born.
I have no intend to attack or insuilt anybody but as a normal chinese young man I find it quite hard to tolerant what you have said here because:
1,you insult me as I am not  a man who is"brainwashing" or "functioning like a robot", I express my thoughts here based on my on will and anger.
2,you insult my parents and my family. From the time I was born , I was taught to love my parents,respect the old and care the young. Like thousand and millions of the chinese youngs ,I was ,is , impossibliy never will spy my own parents and own family.If anyone ask us to do so,even our goverment ,I can definetely tell you that nobody will follow(and it is impossble and absurd for them to ask us to do such thing).
3.you insult my country with somethong that never happend in my country. I am a normai chinese young man and experienced the revolutionay 30 years in China. My parents are normal chines civilians .In my memory, our life are getting better ,we are enjoying the larges scales of rights and freedoms in the chinese 5000 years history. I myself is a so called"  political enemy" in college and I always critized the goverment and the CCP with my mates and my teacheers and professors,but nobody never ever "tortured" me(that is something unbelivable in modern china). Also , I had many minorites school mates in college ,who are enjoying even more benefits than han student. This may be something quite hard to understand for a man from  countries where black people were treated like animals several hundreds years ago and black students were not allowd to go to white school unless they were guard by the police 40years ago.
At last , I shall say again i say all this not for insulting or attacking ,but just to express my angers becasuse there are so many bias and slanders to my country in this bbs. Also , like many other chinese ordinay people, i d like to ask any foreign friends ,no matter if you are por-china or anti-china, come to my country and pay a visit, and make your judgement base on what you trully see and experience.

6- It?s funny, everytime you speak with people who are reprogrammed, or brainwashed or however you name it, they will say, that they are free in their thoughts.Of course, you think what you say,because you have no contact to real news, and no opportunity to see the reality. (i speak about chinese in China)
7- yes, i?m older than most of you, and i have seen a lot of countries in which minorities were suppressed by the government, but in China it isn?t only a minority who is suppressed, it is the majority of all the people.

a question:
if you were all so free of thinking in China, please tell me why you are not allowed to visit all internet web sites? Especially websites of western media, of humanitarian organizations? I would say your regime does not believe in you free thinking.
