The telephgraph from Dalai Lama to central Chinese government in 1951

Here is my translation for that telegraph.
October 1951

From: The 14th Dalai Lama
To: Chairman Mao, Central Government of People

In this year, the Tibetan local government sent our five full-fledged members Gelun-Apei etc who arrived Beijing Late April, 1951, to talk with the full-fledged members appointed by the central government. Based on a friendly atmosphere the commissaries from both sides subscribed the agreement about the approach of peaceful liberation for Tibet in May 23, 1951. Hereby we reaffirm that the Tibetan local government, monkshoods and ordinary people consistently support and would like to assist People’s Liberation Army to garrison Tibet under the leadership of Chairman Mao and the central government, in order to consolidate national defense, drive the force of imperialists out of Tibet, and protect integrity of sovereignty and territory for our country.

Sincerely
