the trouble with western media is that they are following the US led belief that because China, like Iran, Palestine, North Korea amongst others are "different" they always look for and jump upon any negative and ignore positives......to understand requires intelligence, empathy and research but to use a country as a convenient punchbag is all to easy for a lazy, self-indulgent media (following their sometime morally corrupt leaders at times)

when I look at the human rights abuses in the West I would just as well take my chances with China than the likes of Amerikkka
