Hot Tags

I've had something that's been bugging me for a while now: why is 'and' listed as a tag?  Is there any way it can be removed; it has to be the most redundant thing to see underlined and I can't imagine for the life of me why it would be so.

Simple. It's because people list it as a tag when they create new threads.
