BUT ALL THE CONSPIRACY INTENDED TO TOPPLE DOWN CHINA IS DOOMED TO BE A FAILURE!

I think the term Westerners is way too broad a concept. It will alienate some Western friends who are well informed and objective on China. It is the Western governments that are most obnoxious and they do the things you are referring to. And of course, it must be said that lots Western people themselves are misinformed as well.
