nope, it is religious affair, none of business of chinese government. plus, dalai is tibetan lamaism pope want to be and he is not inside of china. I agree that PR China is a non secular state by its conception, so the government must not have any interference with religious affairs.

But also, you have to consider what happens if we encourage a religious practice because in each religion, there are always fundamentalists.
